3F Filippi lights up Fischer Italia headquarters in Padua

The one developed by 3F Filippi along with Fischer Italia, a leading company in fastening and DIY products fields, is a long-established relationship.

After the 90's supply of 3F Power Groove ceiling lights, for the manufacturing area three years ago the Padua-based company chose our technology to relamp this department and of the logistics structure. Of course, 3F Filippi's proposal focused on the use of LED light sources. The choice fell upon 3F Beta 762X30W AMPIO VT L1565, luminaires made of a painted steel, single piece body and a tempered transparent glass screen. Overall, 200 devices of this type were installed in the production area, with considerable satisfaction showed by the employees and the company management. If the former, in fact, immediately noticed a significant improvement of the quality of the light, both on the machines and on its work surfaces, Fischer appreciated a considerable reduction of consumption, estimated at around 50-55%. The choice of this particular model also depended on the customer's desire to install the most performing and resistant version in an industrial environment, in order to guarantee a long use over the years. Equally excellent, from the consumption point of view, was the intervention carried out within the logistics structure. In this case, however, the lighting project envisaged the use of 76 15W 3F LEM 2 HO LED 140 luminaires, in order to obtain an average aisles lighting of about 200lx with a 4000K temperature excellent uniformity. To be precise, the appliances used were those equipped with a concentrated distribution optics, able to provide the maximum homogeneity of the lighting, both vertically (shelves) and horizontally (lanes), even from the 10 meters of height where these lighting fixtures have been installed along the busbars. The particular distribution of the luminous flux also alloewd to minimise the necessary amount of luminaires and increase the distance between the installed luminaires. Moreover, the emergency lighting fixtures have been installed on the same busbars. The project involved the use of 45 3F Linda LED 1X30W L1570, directly connected to the UPS on the ground. The improvement of the quality of light and the relevant reduction of consumption added up to a further advantage obtained by Fischer using 3F Filippi devices. Once chosen LED lighting fixtures, the company also ensured considerable savings in terms of luminaires' maintenance, as this light source allows it to provide up to the standard lighting with an over 50,000 hours life.
