In contemporary study and work spaces, uniform lighting is a key factor in reducing shadows and enhancing the perception of space. Zero 3F has been designed to ensure uniform, diffused lighting, minimising shadows and showcasing the architecture of the space from every angle.

Reducing contrasts between areas with different levels of illumination helps to improve visual comfort and the perceived quality of spaces. Zero 3F has been developed to ensure balanced light distribution and optimised illuminance levels in task areas, thereby supporting visual tasks more effectively. Zero 3F features a minimalist, contemporary design, crafted to blend discreetly into a variety of architectural settings. Its design versatility allows for installation on ceilings, as pendant luminaires, on walls or beneath electrified tracks, offering maximum creative freedom. Available in both a stand-alone version and a channel configuration with a 5-pole through-wiring system, the system adapts easily to a range of application requirements, ensuring aesthetic continuity and lighting consistency in every project.

The lighting of vertical surfaces plays a key role in how spaces are perceived and in the legibility of information. Thanks to its indirect light component, Zero 3F increases the brightness of walls and shelving, improving visual comfort and highlighting the elements within the space. The balance between direct and indirect light reduces luminous contrasts and creates uniform lighting right up to the junction between wall and ceiling. The result is a visually more spacious, harmonious and welcoming environment, in which the luminaire blends in discreetly, contributing to a sense of lightness and suspension.

Drawing on 3F Filippi’s experience in work and learning environments, Zero 3F is designed to offer high levels of visual comfort and uniform illumination. The optimised light-emitting surface, combined with microprismatic shading and opal side surfaces, ensures effective glare control and balanced light distribution, whilst enhancing the perception of space.
