3F Rio reinterprets industrial lighting with an approach geared towards maximum flexibility of application. Thanks to a modular system and innovatively designed light units, it allows the light distribution to be tailored to specific operational requirements, optimising performance, efficiency and the quality of the illuminated environment.
Simplicity that creates value
3F Rio has been developed to simplify installation and reduce installation times. The single-point fixing system ensures precise alignment of the luminaire, helping to improve the quality and speed of installation. The quick-connect terminal, integrated into the top of the housing, allows for immediate electrical connection and facilitates suspension mounting or installation beneath a busbar. A solution designed to optimise site operations, increase operational efficiency and reduce installation times.
Maximum lighting efficiency
3F Rio has been developed to ensure maximum lighting efficiency in a variety of industrial settings. For this reason, it is available with different light distributions — Wide, Medium and Concentrated — designed to adapt the light to specific application requirements and optimise space management. The integration of dedicated optics, advanced heat dissipation systems and high-efficiency LED light sources enables performance of up to 200 lm/W and luminous fluxes of up to 60,000 lm. All this whilst maintaining high levels of visual comfort, with glare control ensuring UGR values below 22.
Unprecedented modularity
The die-cast aluminium heat sink modules, characterised by a distinctive crescent-shaped design, allow the system to be configured in either a linear or circular layout, offering a high degree of flexibility in terms of composition and design. The ability to combine multiple modules into a single structure enables the creation of bespoke solutions for different lighting and dimensional requirements. This approach applies to all versions in the range — High Output, Sensor, High Temperature e High Efficiency — ensuring design consistency, scalability and maximum flexibility of application.
Uninterrupted performance
The 3F Rio is designed to ensure reliable performance even under the most demanding operating conditions. The special geometry of the heat sink modules optimises thermal management and protects the electronic components, helping to maintain the system’s efficiency over time. The luminaire guarantees a certified lifespan of up to 100,000 hours (L80/B10) and reliable operation in environments with temperatures of up to 70°C (High Temperature version).
