A masterpiece of mechanics
3F Filippi is an Emilian company and the passion for mechanics is part of our culture and our skills: it is precisely for this reason that to create the 3F LEM heatsink module we turned to the highest authority in this field, the Faculty of Mechanical engineering of the Alma Mater Studiorum of Bologna. Thanks to their precious support and their skills, we have created the heart of the 3F LEM - the dissipating module: this is the common denominator of all the models in the family and the performance of the LED largely depends on its ability to dissipate heat.

The design of 3F LEM bases its elements in the simplification of the form and in the study of modularity: the acronym “LEM” means “Light Emitting Modules” and thanks to common platforms and structures, advantages for the customer can be obtained from the point of view of use, during the installation phase and also in the replacement of sources at the end of the product’s life.

The 3F LEM was designed to ensure reliability and operational continuity even in the harshest environmental conditions. Its housing is made from an innovative die-cast aluminium alloy designed to facilitate effective thermal management and maintain the performance of the light sources over time. Its ability to operate in environments with temperatures of up to 70°C broadens the system’s range of applications, offering an efficient and durable solution for the most demanding industrial settings.
